FTP Site for Customers

 

Here customers can conveniently upload/download their files, when their size is too big for a transfer via email.

 

Ask for the creation of an FTP account in our FTP facility. Once such an FTP account has been created, you will receive an email with the appropriate login data.

 

To this end, send an email to jmjr[at]janaritz.com indicating FTP Account Request on the subject line.

 

Usually two folders will be created for each customer, one for uploading source files and another one for downloading translated files. Whenever you upload files into your FTP site for translation, we kindly ask you to let us know via email, indicating whether the files are for translation or just a cost estimate is desired.
